Road Rally

This year, there are two separate lists: one for signing up to participate in the rally and another list for signing up for the dinner. If you are participating in the rally only, then you sign up on the rally sheet. If you are participating in the rally and also want to have the dinner, then you have to sign up on both lists. If you only want to have dinner, then sign up on the dinner list. The sign up sheet for the dinner is at the bar. The ticket price for dinner is $36.00 plus GST to be paid at the bar.

Gibby’s is the caterer for this event. This year, the menu plan has reverted to the traditional format and this is also the least expensive option. The menu plan is as follows:

Ham
Scalloped Potatoes
Vegetables: Broccoli and Cauliflower melange
Dessert is a mixture of treats from Gibby’s Kitchen.

Be sure to sign up for dinner by November 4th as we must give Gibby’s our final count for dinner a week before the event.
